Senior Technical Program Manager and photographer, based in the Inland Empire. I've spent 13+ years delivering web and eCommerce programs for enterprise clients — and I shoot the kind of images those sites need. Both halves of that are deliberate: I know where a photo is going to sit before I take it.

I run web and commerce programs end to end — scope, schedule, budget and the people delivering them. That has meant replatforms off legacy Magento, new storefronts on Shopify and BigCommerce, and enterprise content builds on Optimizely, Sitecore and Drupal. The largest single project budget I've managed is $500K, inside an annual portfolio past $1M, running up to 20+ engagements at once.
On smaller projects I build directly. On larger ones I scope, staff and coordinate the team — developers, designers, QA and offshore resources — and I'm the person accountable when a date moves.
Product, portrait and lifestyle work across the Inland Empire, LA and San Diego. Shooting for commerce sites taught me the unglamorous part of the job: an image has to survive a product grid at 400px, a hero crop on mobile, and whatever the CMS does to it.
That's the same discipline as the delivery work, pointed at a different problem — which is why both live on one site rather than two.
The first call is free and there's no obligation after it.
