Danx Design is the web, commerce and photography practice of David Rodriguez, based in the Inland Empire, California. This policy explains what happens to the information you share through danxdesign.pictures.
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, company or brand (optional), the type of work you're interested in, and your message. If you email me directly, I receive whatever you include in that email. I don't ask for payment details or other sensitive information on this site.
Like most websites, the hosting service also records basic technical data, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
Only to reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you ask for, and keep a record of our conversation. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't use it for advertising.
This site is hosted by Webflow, which processes and stores form submissions and forwards them to my business email. Google provides the site's analytics. Each handles that data under its own privacy policy. I don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and roughly where they are and what device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this and does not receive your name or the contents of the contact form. I use these reports only to improve the site, not for advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Beyond that, the site uses only the cookies Webflow needs to run it.
I keep enquiries for as long as I need to respond and follow up. If we work together, project records are kept as long as needed for business and tax purposes.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights, including the right to know, delete and correct your information. I don't sell or share personal information as that law defines it. To make a request, email danxdesign.com@gmail.com or send a message through the contact page, and I'll respond within 45 days.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
